Post your sales and SuperChats into Discord

Updated on 21 Jul 2026 · 4 min read

1. Why post sales to Discord

Once connected, every sale, tip, or enrollment drops a rich card into a channel on your server — automatically, the second it happens. Amount, who sent it, their message, all dressed up with your SupportKori banner.

Here’s the part most creators miss: this isn’t just a notification for you. Point it at a public channel and it becomes social proof your whole community watches. When someone sees “💬 New SuperChat! ৳200 from Rifat — ‘GG that clutch was insane’” land in the channel, two things happen: Rifat feels seen, and everyone else learns that supporting you is a thing people do here. That spark is what turns one supporter into five.

Want alerts only you can see? Point the webhook at a private channel instead — same setup, your eyes only. Or use the Telegram integration for phone alerts.

2. Get your webhook URL from Discord

A Discord webhook is just a special URL that lets SupportKori post messages into one specific channel. Discord gives you one in about 30 seconds:

  • 1

In your Discord server, pick (or create) the channel you want sales posted in — say #superchats or #sales.

  • 2

Hover the channel → click the gear icon (Edit Channel)IntegrationsWebhooks.

  • 3

Click New Webhook. Name it anything (“SupportKori” works). You can set its avatar too — Discord shows it next to each post.

  • 4

Click Copy Webhook URL. That’s the whole thing — no bot to invite, no permissions to configure.

Treat the webhook URL like a password — anyone who has it can post into that channel. If it ever leaks, delete the webhook in Discord and connect a fresh one.

3. Connect it to SupportKori

  • 1

    Go to your DashboardIntegrationsDiscordConnect.

  • 2

Paste the webhook URL and hit Connect Discord.

  • 3

Hit Send test message — a test card should appear in your channel within a second or two.

That’s it. From now on every sale posts itself. You can swap the target channel any time with Change webhook — just paste a URL from a different channel.

4. Support vs SuperChat — pick your wording

In the Discord settings you’ll see Call tips with two options. It changes the headline on every tip card posted to your server:

OptionThe card readsBest for
☕ Support“☕ New support”Artists, writers, educators
💬 SuperChat“💬 New SuperChat!”Streamers & gamers — the wording their audience already knows

If your community grew up on YouTube and Twitch, SuperChat instantly reads as “someone paid to hype this up” — no explanation needed. Product sales and course enrollments keep their own headlines either way.

5. Choose what gets posted

Under Post to Discord for, toggle each alert type on or off:

TogglePosts when
Tips & supportSomeone sends you a tip / SuperChat
Product salesSomeone buys from your shop (or claims a free item)
Course enrollmentsA student enrolls in one of your courses

A common split: SuperChats on (they’re fun and public-friendly), product sales off if you’d rather keep revenue private. Your call — at least one has to stay on.

6. Real-world setups that work

🎮 The streamer: a public #superchats wall

Make a read-only channel called #superchats where every SuperChat lands with the sender’s name and message. Your community scrolls it like a hall of fame. Supporters come back because their name showed up in front of everyone — and lurkers see exactly how to get theirs up there. Shout the channel out on stream when a big one lands.

🎨 The creator with a paid community

Sell your Discord access as a SupportKori product, and let sales post into a private #new-members channel — you (and your mods) see every join instantly and can welcome them by name within minutes. First impressions do the retention work for you.

👥 The team: one channel, everyone in sync

Running a shop with a partner or an editor? A private #orders channel means nobody has to forward emails — every sale (with the buyer’s name) is right there for whoever handles fulfillment. Pair it with a manual-delivery product and treat the channel as your work queue.

🎓 The course creator: momentum in public

Enrollments posting into your course’s community channel — “🎓 New enrollment” a few times a week — quietly tells current students the course is alive and growing, and nudges the fence-sitters in your free channels.

7. Troubleshooting

Test message never arrives

Almost always a webhook URL problem. Re-copy it from Discord (Edit Channel → Integrations → Webhooks → your webhook → Copy Webhook URL) and use Change webhook to paste the fresh one. It must start with https://discord.com/api/webhooks/.

Cards suddenly stopped appearing

Someone probably deleted the webhook or the channel in Discord. Create a new webhook and reconnect — takes a minute.

Posts land in the wrong channel

A webhook belongs to one channel. Make a webhook in the channel you actually want, then Change webhook in SupportKori.

A sale happened but only some alerts posted

Check your Post to Discord for toggles — each alert type is independent. A product sale won’t post if only Tips & support is on.
