Get every sale on Telegram, instantly

1. Why Telegram alerts

Email is where sale notifications go to be seen three hours later. Telegram is where your eyes already are. Connect once, and every tip, product sale, and course enrollment pings your phone in about a second — who sent it, how much, and their message.

Real-world moment: you’re out having lunch, your phone buzzes — “☕ New support · From: Nadia · Amount: ৳500”. You reply to her with a thank-you on your page before your food arrives. That speed is what supporters remember.

No bot-building, no tokens, no code. You tap two buttons and it works. For alerts your whole community can see, check the Discord integration instead.

2. Connect in 30 seconds

  • 1

    Go to your DashboardIntegrationsTelegramConnect Telegram.

  • 2

Tap the @SKRAlertsBOT link that appears. Telegram opens — hit Start.

  • 3

The bot replies “✅ Connected!”. Come back to the dashboard and tap check connection — done.

Hit Send test message once to see exactly what a sale alert looks like.

3. Send alerts to a group instead

Alerts don’t have to go to your DM. On the connect screen, choose “Or send alerts to a group instead” — Telegram asks which group to add the bot to, and every alert lands there. Already connected? Open the Telegram integration and tap Move to a group →.

Why you’d want that: you run the shop with a partner who packs the orders — a shared “Orders 🔥” group means they see “🛍️ New sale · Handmade Tote” the moment it happens, without you forwarding anything. Same for a manager who handles your commissions, or a small team behind one creator page.

One chat at a time: alerts go to your DM or one group — moving to a group stops the DM alerts. Everyone in that group will see your sales, so pick people you trust with your numbers.

4. Choose your alerts

Once connected, toggle each alert type under Send me alerts for:

TogglePings when
Tips & supportSomeone sends you a tip or SuperChat
Product salesSomeone buys from your shop (or claims a free item)
Course enrollmentsA student enrolls in one of your courses

At least one stays on — if you want silence, disconnect instead.

5. Bot commands

Message the bot (or the group it’s in) any time:

/helpWhat the bot does + whether this chat is connected, and to which account
/disconnectUnlink this chat — alerts stop immediately
/startShows your connection status (used automatically when you connect)

6. Troubleshooting

“That connect link has expired”

Connect links are one-time codes. Go back to the dashboard, open the Telegram integration again, and tap the fresh link it shows.

“This chat is already connected to another account”

One Telegram chat can serve one SupportKori account. Send /disconnect in that chat first, then use the connect link for the account you want.

Connected, but a sale didn’t ping

Check the alert toggles — that sale type might be switched off. Then hit Send test message; if the test arrives, the connection is fine.

Want it in a channel, not a group?

Telegram channels work too — add @SKRAlertsBOT to the channel as an admin, then use the group connect link.

Alerts show real money amounts. If your phone previews notifications on the lock screen, anyone glancing at it sees them too — worth knowing if you keep your numbers private.
