Welcome to SupportKori. By accessing our website or mobile apps, creating a page, selling products, or supporting a creator, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These rules help ensure a safe and reliable environment for everyone.
1Account Eligibility
To sign up for a SupportKori account, you must be at least 18 years old or old enough to form a binding contract in Bangladesh. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not impersonate others or use offensive usernames.
2Fees & Payouts
- Platform Fee:We deduct a flat 5% fee from every transaction (Support & Shop Sales) to cover server, maintenance, and development costs.
- Withdrawals:Creators can withdraw funds to bKash or Nagad. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. SupportKori is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
- Taxes:You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through SupportKori.
3Shop & Digital Products
- You promise that you own the rights to the content you are selling.
- You must not sell illegal files, malware, or stolen content.
- SupportKori is a facilitator; we are not responsible for the quality of the goods delivered by creators.
- Zoom/Events: It is your responsibility to show up for scheduled calls. Failure to fulfill orders may result in an account ban.
4Seller Communications & Email Consent
SupportKori lets creators send updates, offers, and announcements by email to the people who buy from or support them. By making a purchase or supporting a creator, you consent to receive these emails.
- Buyer Consent:When you buy a product, enroll in a course, or support a creator, you agree that the creator may contact you by email about their products, updates, and offers.
- Seller Responsibility:Creators are solely responsible for the content of the emails they send. SupportKori provides the tool only and does not endorse or control individual creator messages.
- Unsubscribe Anytime:You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Opting out stops promotional emails, though you may still receive essential purchase or transaction messages.
- No Spam or Abuse:Creators must not send spam, misleading, or harmful content. Misuse of the email tool may result in the feature being revoked or the account being suspended.
5Value Exchange Policy (No Direct Donations)
SupportKori is a platform designed for selling digital products, services, and exclusive creator perks. To comply with financial regulations and our payment partners' policies, you must provide tangible value in exchange for payments.
- Allowed:Selling digital items (eBooks, presets, software), offering services (consultations), or providing perks (priority messages for streams, exclusive content).
- Not Allowed:Accepting pure 'donations' or crowdfunding where the supporter receives absolutely nothing in return.
- Enforcement:Accounts found accepting payments without providing a product, service, or digital perk may face fund holds, restrictions, or permanent bans.
6Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.
- Gambling, betting, or lottery schemes.
- Explicit Adult Content (Pornography/Nudity) or soliciting sexual services.
- Hate speech, harassment, or doxxing other users.
7Refund Policy
Since payments on SupportKori are direct payment or immediate access to digital files, all transactions are final and non-refundable. If you believe a transaction was made in error (e.g., card fraud), please contact us immediately.
8Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on SupportKori, you grant us a license to display, host, and distribute your content on our platform. We respect copyright laws and will remove infringing content upon valid notice.
9Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
