Withdrawal Policy

At SupportKori, we believe creators should get paid fast. This policy outlines how funds are processed, the timelines for withdrawals, and the security measures we take to keep the platform safe.


1Withdrawal Timeline

We prioritize speed. Once you initiate a withdrawal request from your dashboard:

  • Standard Processing:Most requests are processed within 45 minutes.
  • Maximum Time:In some cases (due to banking hours or holidays), it may take up to 24 hours.

2Supported Withdrawal Methods

We currently support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. You can withdraw funds directly to:

  • MFS: bKash (Personal)
  • MFS: Nagad (Personal)
  • MFS: Rocket (Personal)
  • Bank Transfer (NPSB)

3Payment Processing & SSLCOMMERZ Role

Please understand that SupportKori acts as a platform, but the actual money handling is done by our payment gateway partner, SSLCOMMERZ.
  • When a supporter pays you, the money goes to SSLCOMMERZ first.
  • SupportKori can only process your withdrawal after SSLCOMMERZ has successfully cleared the funds to us.
  • We do not hold your money unnecessarily; we simply wait for the gateway settlement.

4Large Payments & Escrow Hold

To prevent fraud and chargebacks, security measures are applied to large single transactions:

  • The 5k Rule:If you receive a single transaction amount of 5,000 BDT or more from a supporter, it automatically goes into an Escrow Hold.
  • Verification:These funds are verified by SSLCOMMERZ to ensure the source is legitimate. Once cleared (usually 3-7 days), the balance becomes available for withdrawal.

5Prohibited Actions (Strict)

SupportKori is strictly for legitimate creators, gamers, and developers. You may NOT use this platform for:

  • Gambling, Betting, or Casino-related transactions.
  • Money Laundering or illegal currency exchange.
  • Selling illegal goods, drugs, or weapons.
  • Fraudulent donation schemes.

6Violations & Account Ban

We have a zero-tolerance policy. If our system or manual review detects that your account is being used for gambling or prohibited actions, your account will be permanently banned immediately. Any remaining funds in the account will be frozen and will NOT be refunded.
